FAMILY DAYCARE CONTRACT

Agree to comply with the following rules and regulations of the HAPPYDAY DAYCARE, beginning on

__________________. A caring homelike atmosphere will be provided for your children while at the same time providing for their physical, intellectual, emotional and social development.

 

HOURS AND SERVICES

Hours of operation: 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Days of operation: Monday-Friday

 

DAYCARE FEES

Payment is made weekly.  Fees are expected in advance, payable on first day of care in any given week.  Should you have a two week/monthly pay period, it is your option to pay me in advance for the two or four weeks, or pay me weekly. You will be charged extra for days and extra hours not agreed upon on the contract.

My daycare has regular hours.  Notify me as soon as possible if you will be arriving early/late. Early/late, meaning…anytime before/after your scheduled hours.  There will be a 10 minute grace period after there will be an early/late fee of $5.00 for every 15 minutes and will be due on the day the fee is incurred.

I do accept checks made payable to Dodie Cobler. Should I receive an NSF check returned to me, you will be charged a fee of $32 to cover costs my bank imposes upon me.  A second NSF check will result in all payments made in cash.
